  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval
  • Time may vary depending on the payment provider

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Products without original packaging
  • Personal healthcare items (e.g., hearing aids) once used, unless defective

6. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error
